This Personal Data Protection Notice (“Notice”) sets out how PMB ALUMINIUM SDN BHD [Registration No. 201901029872 (1339202-V)] ("PMBA, we," "us," "our") collects, uses and protects your Personal Data (hereinafter defined) which you have provided to PMBA. • data furnished for purpose of employment, job applications or contest entries or enrolment to participate in a marketing or customer relationship management programme;
• data provided in connection with the use of our products or services;
• data or information submitted or provided through our social media platforms, website, or other online platforms or your network usage data gathered automatically by our computer systems, including your computer IP address, links visited and other activities conducted online or using our computer systems;

3. PROCESSING AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
