but they require enormous pressure to pass through the die, rendering all but a few simple
extrusions uneconomic.

Wide Range of Extrusions & Finishes
With up-to-date facilities and technical knowhow, the Press Metal Group has established itself as a
major provider of a wide range of aluminium extrusions in a variety of finishes. They are widely
used in fabricated products like windows, doors, curtain wall cladding for high-rise buildings and
apartments, louvres, balustrades, pool fencing, solar panel frames, wardrobes, ladders and many
others.
PMB Aluminium Sdn. Bhd. has total of 9 extrusion presses ranging from 660mt to 3,000mt to achieve capacity
of 36,000mt per annum. The Machinery & Equipment available includes pullers, log shears & heating ovens in
producing extrusion products with maximum CCD up to 320mm (Solid) and 300mm (Hollow).
PMB Aluminium Sdn. Bhd. produce Anodized Finish up to 12,000mt capacity per annum complying to ISO7599-2010,
ISO2932, ISO02143-2010 & AAMA611-12. The maximum length is up to 7m, with thickness ranging from 5 to 25
micron (Class I & Class II) including Natural (Clear), Bronze (Light/Medium/Dark) and Black.
Other than that, the production capacity Surface Finishing (Powder Coated Finish) in PMB Aluminium Sdn. Bhd.
is up to 7,000mt capacity per annum with maximum length up to 7.8m and coating thickness ranging from 60 to
80 micron.
